During or after your consultation, we may recommend a suitable pathway, which may include:

All recommendations are guidance only and final decisions remain with the customer.


4. Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary depending on the bundle, certifications, support level, or pathway selected.

The final price will be clearly confirmed before any purchase is made.

Payment may be made:

  • In full
  • By agreed instalment plan 

Access to paid services may be withheld until payment is received.

Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of access or services.

5. Course Access & Delivery

Where training is purchased:

  • Login details are typically sent by email within 24–48 hours after payment or confirmation.
  • Access duration may vary depending on the course or package purchased.
  • Access periods will be communicated before or shortly after purchase.
  • Course access is for the named purchaser only.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.


6. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Share login details or accounts
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes without permission
  • Use our services unlawfully or abusively
  • Misrepresent your identity or circumstances

We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

7. Exam Vouchers & Certifications

Where included, exam vouchers are subject to the issuing provider’s terms, expiry dates, booking rules, and availability.

Certification is awarded by the relevant awarding body or exam provider upon successful completion of required assessments. FFOP does not directly award certifications unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Booking exams (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Preparing adequately
  • Meeting provider requirements
  • Attending scheduled exams

8. Guaranteed Pass / Resit / Pass Pledge

Where any pass pledge, guaranteed pass support, free resit, or similar offer is promoted, this is subject to stated conditions.

Conditions may include:

  • Completion of required training material
  • Reasonable study effort
  • Attendance at scheduled sessions (where relevant)
  • Attempting the exam within required timescales
  • Following tutor/support guidance
  • Providing proof of exam failure if requested

Specific offer terms may be confirmed separately at point of sale.

9. Career Guidance & Employment Outcomes

We provide training, pathway guidance, and career support.

However:

  • We do not guarantee employment
  • We do not guarantee interview offers
  • We do not guarantee salary levels
  • Outcomes depend on market demand, prior experience, effort, location, performance, and many external factors

Any earnings examples shown in marketing materials are illustrative only and not guaranteed results.


10. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to info@ffop.co.uk. See below for further details.


a) Before Access

If no course access has been granted and no services have been delivered, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase.


b) After Access / Digital Content

Where course access, digital materials, consultations, vouchers, or services have been delivered or commenced, refunds may be reduced, partial, or unavailable depending on usage and costs incurred.


c) Tailored Bundles / Third-Party Costs

Where vouchers, licences, third-party products, or tailored services have been ordered or issued, non-refundable costs may be deducted.


d) Cooling-Off Rights

Where applicable under UK consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.


e) Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.


11. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Completing training material
  • Engaging with support when needed
  • Booking and attending exams where required
  • Following reasonable guidance
  • Maintaining internet/device access
  • Keeping account details secure

Results depend heavily on your effort and commitment.

12. Our Responsibilities

We aim to:

  • Provide purchased access and materials
  • Deliver services with reasonable care and skill
  • Provide support as described in the selected package
  • Respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe

13. Website Use

While we aim to keep our website accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may update, remove, or modify content at any time.


14. Data Protection & Privacy


Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By submitting forms or enquiries, you consent to us contacting you regarding your enquiry, consultation, services, or relevant follow-up communications.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At FFOP, we strive to provide an exceptional learning experience for all our users. Please review our return and refund policy below:


1. General Refund Policy:

  • For Courses: If you have purchased a course and have not yet started it, you may request a refund 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • For Course Bundles or Special Packages: Refund eligibility may vary based on the specific terms of the bundle or package. Please refer to the bundle/package details for more information.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.


2. Ineligibility for Refunds on Private Courses:

  • Private courses, once started or accessed, are not eligible for refunds. We encourage users to review course details before enrolling in private courses and to confirm that they will be attending

3. Pearson VUE Course Refunds:

  • Please follow Pearson VUE's refund policy for courses facilitated through Pearson VUE. 


How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team

  • Provide your order details, including the order number and course name.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7] business days upon approval of the refund request.
